Just 30 minutes from a major metro, this project offers a complete "village" with diverse housing options, including large estate homes, cozy single-family units, quadplex courts, townhomes, and live/work spaces.

The vibrant Village Center, featuring commercial spaces, serves as the heart of the community. This family-friendly, beautiful, and resilient neighborhood is ideal for all ages. While there's nothing inherently wrong with suburban development, the issue lies with suburban sprawl. Suburban areas can thrive when designed with diverse housing options and a true "complete neighborhood" approach—avoiding monolithic homes of the same size and price.
