50 Acre Urban Infill Master Plan
A 50 acre master plan adjacent to a large downtown, incorporating a central commercial district and a wide range of both rental and for-sale housing. In several areas we were able to "work outside the block" structure which lead to a more organic, dynamic urbanism.
Pryor's Pizza Kitchen
Pryor’s Pizza Kitchen is a restaurant and event space located in the up-and-coming New Urbanist development, Selah, located in Goldsby, Oklahoma - approximately 30 minutes south of Oklahoma City.
1904 Oso
Located just minutes from downtown Oklahoma City in the DPZ-designed Wheeler District, this house blends natural materials with an Art Deco flair.
Selah Event Space
This expansive brick complex pairs with its sister building, Pryor’s Pizza Kitchen, to create a welcoming place for guests and residents of Selah, a new town located 30 minutes south of Oklahoma City.
Mesta Park Historic Remodel
A gut renovation of this home in Oklahoma City's historic Mesta Park neighborhood centered on thoughtful Arts and Crafts inspired millwork and a reconfiguration of the interior spaces to suit the clients' lifestyle.
Frederick Hollow
Sited steps from the edgeof Lake Eufaula with panoramic vistas from mulitple levels of timber-framed porches, Fredrick Hollow and it's 60 foot tower exemplify the vast range of creative forms that can be created using load-bearing brick masonry.
